A Mediterranean delicacy, this risotto with squid in its own ink is a refined classic.
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 pack of Isabel’s Squid in its own ink
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of white wine
- Olive oil
Chop garlic and fry in a pan with a splash of oil. Add a glass of white wine and reduce.
Add rice and Isabel Squid.
Incorporate more squid ink sauce.
Let cook a few minutes and serve.
