A delicious, light and healthy meal for summer.
1 Can Isabel solid light tuna in extra virgin olive oil 1 Garlic clove 1 Guindilla pepper Idiazabel cheese Mixed greens Fresh parsley Olive Oil
Chop the garlic clove.
Slice the Guindilla pepper and Idiazabel cheese.
Mix the fresh parsely and olive oil in a bowl.
Warm the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic and sliced pepper. Cook until the garlic is browned.
Add four slices of cheese to a portion of mixed greens. Add Isabel solid light tuna. Top with garlic and pepper. Garnish with olive oil and parsley mix.
