Spring Salad

This light salad can be the center piece of your next lunch since it's packed with healthy protein.


  • Onion
  • Red pepper
  • Green pepper
  • Canned cooked garbanzos
  • Canned cooked lentils
  • NaturTuna solid light tuna in extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt


Drain garbanzo beans and lentils.

Chop green pepper, red pepper and chop onion very thin.

Put legumes and vegetables in a bowl.

Shred and add Isabel Tuna.

Mix well, and add a little salt.
